1. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR YOUR LIMOUSINE SERVICE?
a) You can request an online quote via https://www.unitedlimousines.com.au/quote/ or by phoning direct on 07 5538 9000 or email res@unitedlimousines.com.au with date, pick up time, service type, vehicle type, return transfer if required included in the body of the email. Please also provide details of any special requests, specify any return journey details or additional journey pickups and drop-offs. For all bookings we will email you a booking form that must completed and sent back to us.

2. MAKING PAYMENT
Payment may be made by using your United Account or your preferred Credit Card.
By special arrangement, you may charge all your limousine requirements, including international services, to your account. Both cards and dockets are acceptable and this charge is subject to the normal Cabcharge conditions.
Payment can also be made via Internet Banking through direct depositing or pre-payment prior booking via Cheque if preferred.
Selected Vehicles have EFTPOS facilities at your disposal. Conditions apply.

3. HOW MUCH TIME BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE SHOULD I BOOK?
a) As all our limousines are completely one-of-a-kind, we recommend booking your limousine as soon as possible. We have bookings as far as 12-18 months in advance at times and for special events. To avoid disappointment, ensuring you get the vehicle of 1st choice, book now.

4. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
a) Yes we do. It is standard practice for United Limousines to accept a minimum booking fee of 40% of the total quote for your booking. This locks in your limousine and protects it from being booked by another group.

5. WHEN DO WE NEED TO FINALISE PAYMENT FOR THE BOOKING?
a) All bookings need to be paid for in full Ten (10) days prior to the booking taking place, unless a pre-arranged agreement with management.

6. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
a) We accept payment by credit card, cash or bank transfer. When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Selected Vehicles have EFTPOS facilities at your disposal with the below card icon acceptance *Conditions apply. Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request. When paying by cash, credit card security is still required, but no charge will be made to your card on successful transfer of money.*Cabcharge, Motocharge & JCB only available in selected vehicles.

7. MAY WE COME AND VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM IN ORDER TO VIEW YOUR LIMOUSINES, LUXURY SEDANS AND CLASSIC CARS IN PERSON?
a) Call us now and one of our friendly staff will be glad to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit our showroom in Molendinar After hours? Not a problem! On the weekend? No worries! (if vehicle is available, must confirm prior to coming) We love meeting with our clients face-to-face and always welcome the opportunity to showcase our fleet to you in person.

8. DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL OR FOOD IN THE LIMOUSINES?
a) We strictly enforce the age 18 years and over alcohol law. Regardless of age for school formals, we do not allow any alcohol to be consumed in any United Limos vehicles on these occasions. This is a state law. Outside of these parameters, we are happy for you to enjoy yourself responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse patrons deemed too intoxicated to enter our limousines and this is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur. We definitely encourage you to enjoy yourselves, however we have a responsibility to uphold the safety of our staff and customers. We do offer Bar Service covering corkage ice and cleaning allowing you to BYO, additional fee do apply. b) We do not allow any food to be consumed in any of our vehicle, if an esky is provided on package tours such as weddings etc. Food must be eaten outside the vehicle.

9. CAN YOU PROVIDE SEATING FOR CHILDREN?
a) Yes, we provide Capsules (rear facing), baby seats (forward facing) and boosters as it is required by QLD law, additional charges do apply.

10. ARE WE ALLOWED TO STOP TO TAKE PHOTOS?
b) Yes, if Wedding, School Formal or tour packages are bought and within allocated time frame.

11. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BOOKING TIME WHEN HIRING A VEHICLE?
c) For weddings, the minimum hire time is 2 hours; for all other occasions it is 1 hour. After that, you are charged in 30-minute increments and the rate drops thereafter.

12. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
d) Cancellations will forfeit all deposits, if paid in full surcharges apply as per booking form agreement subject to service type. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.

13. CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC?
e) Yes you can, selected vehicles have auxiliary cables that connect to any smart phones or you can provide a MP3, DVD or CD to the driver with your own music, please confirm with reservations when making your booking.
